Upcoming Outages to Support Launch of Outside Activities and Interest Reporting (OAIR): January 14 and January 22-23

The research administration and compliance team is excited to announce the addition of a new Outside Activities and Interest Reporting (OAIR) application to the suite. OAIR consolidates financial conflict of interest (fCOI) and outside activities reporting and replaces several legacy applications, becoming the system of record for information regarding relevant equity holdings, ownership, fiduciary relationships, and relationships that constitute outside professional activities.

Agreements-DUA and Data Safety Unscheduled Maintenance Outage - Dec 23 6:00pm ET - Dec 24 9:00am ET

DUA-Agreements and Data Safety Upgrade: Friday, October 23 at 5:00 PM until Monday, October 26 at 5:00 AM

The Agreements and Data Safety support teams announce the fall release for October 23. This configuration release brings minor enhancements to support Data Use Agreement review and enhancements to the Data Safety SmartForm, activities, and workspaces.

The DUA-Agreements and Data Safety applications will be unavailable from Friday, October 23 at 5:00 PM until Monday, October 26 at 5:00 AM to allow for system updates.

Agreements Update September 27

The Agreements support team is excited to announce the details of the fall configuration release. The release includes a number of enhancements and fixes to better support the user community.

Agreements was unavailable from Friday, September 27 at 6:00 pm ET to Saturday, September 28 at 11:30 pm to allow for the upgrade.
